Article examines POAL approach to difficult conversations
The New York Metro Chapter of the American Society of Training and Development published an article on Performance of a Lifetime’s unique approach to handling difficult conversations, using acting exercises, improv games, and improvisational role-plays. The article, in the Spring 2008 edition of “LEARN,” the organization’s online newsletter, describes how POAL training helped new managers in a global professional services environment approach challenging business conversations with greater creativity, flexibility, and smart moment-to-moment choices.
